A fresh spin on an old staple only quick and simple. Ingredients:
1 (14 ounce) can red beans |
1 (14 ounce) can black beans |
1 (14 ounce) can whole kernel corn |
1 cup lime juice |
1/2 bunch chopped fresh cilantro |
Directions:
1. Drain and rinse the beans and corn very well to remove as much salt as possible. Toss together with cilantro and lime juice. Chill and serve. |
