Recipe from The Raw Revolution Diet by Cherie Soria Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups almonds |
1 cup sunflower seeds |
1/2 cup water |
1/2 cup celery, minced |
1/2 cup red onion, minced |
1/2 cup parsley, minced |
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice |
1 tablespoon kelp powder |
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh dill weed |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Soak almonds for 24 hours, and then rinse and drain. 2. Soak sunflower seeds for 4 - 6 hours, and then rinse and drain. 3. Process almonds and sunflower seeds in a food processor until smooth. 4. Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and stir in remaining ingredients. 5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge - will keep up to 1 week. |
