This is a very good pecan pie, it is just what the title says it isn't too sweet. Ingredients:
1/3 cup butter (margarine) |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1/2 cup milk |
3 eggs |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup syrup (light or dark or half and half) |
1 cup pecans |
Directions:
1. Mix all together and pour into a pie crust bake at 425 degrees for 10 min, reduce temperature to 350 degrees, bake for another 25 min.or until toasty brown. |
