A quick yummy recipe I just made myself for lunch. Ingredients:
7 small mixed mushrooms |
2 -3 tablespoons olive oil |
1 garlic clove |
1 teaspoon basil |
1 dash salt, to desired taste |
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned) |
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil in a small frying pan. 2. Add mushrooms sliced into fourths. 3. Fry over medium heat until mushrooms darken. 4. Add finely chopped/pressed garlic, basil and salt. Fry for about 2-3 minutes. 5. Add Bread crumbs, stir until bread crumbs cover mushrooms. 6. Add Parmesan cheese over top, mix together until melted and immediately remove from heat. 7. ENJOY! |
