vegan mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 garlic clove
1 pinch black pepper
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
chives
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in food processor, except for onion, mixing well.
2. Fold in onion.
3. Garnish with chives.
