This recipe was a current entry in the the Dining on a Dollar Cooking Contest. Ingredients:
1 (3 ounce) package ramen noodles, crushed |
1 medium size red pepper, chopped |
1 medium onion, chopped |
1 head romaine lettuce (or large package) |
2 (12 ounce) cans chicken, drained |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Tear lettuce into small pieces and place into bowl. 2. Add red pepper and onion. 3. Add Ramen noodles. 4. Add chicken and mayonaise. 5. Mix well. Add Salt and Pepper for taste. 6. Serve with tomatoes on your favorite bread and just by it self. |
