Although this is a simple easy-to-make recipe, you will be delighted by its' refreshing lemony taste. Ingredients:
1 large head of cauliflour , cleaned and large florets taken off the stem |
juice of 1 lemon |
4 strips lemon zest |
2 cloves garlic chopped extra small |
bartoli flavoring and dipping oil |
sea salt |
white pepper |
Directions:
1. Method: 2. Steam florets to soft-crisp doneness 3. Drain 4. Place in serving bowl 5. Cool a bit 6. ADD; zest ,juice,oil,garlic, salt and pepper-making sure all the veggie is coated 7. Serve warm 8. chill and serve |
