5-Ingredient Fix Contest Entry. New twist to mac and cheese Ingredients:
2 (20 ounce) packages simply potatoes® shredded hash browns |
12 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese |
12 ounces shredded cheddar cheese |
12 ounces evaporated milk |
1 cup sour cream |
Directions:
1. Greese generously a large deep pan with butter. Layer potatoes alternately with cheeses. 2. Mix sour cream with evaporated milk and pour over potatoes and cheeses. 3. Bake till potatoes are done at 370 oven about an hour. |
