Simple but delicious cake for any time of the year! Ingredients:
1 cup sugar |
1/4 cup butter, softened |
2 eggs |
1/2 teaspoon almond extract |
1 cup flour |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees. 2. Cream the sugar and butter. 3. Beat in the eggs. 4. Mix in the rest of the ingredients. 5. Pour entire batter into a greased pie pan or cake pan. 6. Bake for 25 minutes until top is crispy looking and golden. 7. Sprinkle with powdered sugar once cooled if desired. |
