Norwegian Apple Pie Torte |

From an email I received. Ingredients:
3/4 cup sugar |
1/2 cup flour |
1 pinch salt |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 egg, beaten |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup apple, diced |
walnuts, chopped |
Directions:
1. Combine sugar, flour, salt and baking powder. Stir well. 2. Beat egg and vanilla. 3. Stir egg, vanilla, apples and walnuts into flour mixture. 4. Spoon into 8 inch or 9 inch greased pie pan. 5. Bake 30 minutes at 350°. 6. When cool serve with ice cream or whipped topping. |
