Northwoods Inn or Clearmans serves this dressing over crisp chopped iceberg lettuce. It is out of this world yummy. Ingredients:
1 cup buttermilk |
1 cup sour cream |
3 garlic cloves, minced |
1 tablespoon sweet hungarian paprika |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon sugar |
1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Chill at least 3-4 hours to let flavors meld.
4. Best served tossed onto chopped iceberg lettuce.
