This is sauce with béchamel base. It goes very good with cooked beef. It is recommended to use fresh horseradish root.
Ingredients:
300 g horseradish (whole root)
30 g butter
30 g flour (all purpose)
1 cup milk
5 g salt
Directions:
1. Grate horseradish. Make béchamel sauce: melt butter, add flour and stir. Add milk slowly and stir until you get creamy sauce. Add salt and grated horseradish, stir well and keep warm. Serve.
