Ingredients:
1 cup cornmeal |
1 1/4 cups boiling water |
2 tablespoons lard, melted |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Spoon batter by tablespoonfuls onto a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until edges are browned. |
