Another gem I discovered on World Hearth Circle of International Cooking. Prep time does not include marinating time. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons seasoning, mix north african (see my posted recipe) |
1/4 cup lemon juice |
1/4 cup olive oil |
2 garlic cloves, chopped |
1 lb chicken, your choice |
Directions:
1. Combine Seasoning Mix, Lemon Juice, Olive Oil and garlic, mixing well. 2. Marinate the the chicken for two hours, refrigerated. 3. Grill chicken 20 minutes or until juices run clear, basting with marinade. |
