Norris' Sesame Pasta Salad |

Do not question whether or not to try this recipe. It is a nice pasta salad for any occasion that, once tasted, one cannot resist having some more. Ingredients:
1 pound spaghetti |
1/2 cup sesame oil |
7 tablespoons honey |
6 tablespoons soy sauce |
1/4 cup corn oil |
2 teaspoons red pepper flakes, or to taste |
1 teaspoon salt |
3/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, or more to taste |
3/4 cup shaved green onions, or more to taste |
1/3 cup honey-roasted peanuts, or more to taste |
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds |
Directions:
1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, about 12 minutes; drain. 2. Mix spaghetti, sesame oil, honey, soy sauce, corn oil, red pepper flakes, and salt together in a large bowl until spaghetti is evenly coated. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Add cilantro, green onions, peanuts, and sesame seeds; toss to combine. |
