My new favorite dipping sauce! Wontons, egg rolls, lumpia, dim sum... I even enjoy it poured over rice. You can make this as spicy as you like or leave out the heat entirely. Recipe by Chef Terrence Khuu of Milpitas' Bleu Ginger. Ingredients:
1/4 cup soy sauce |
1/4 cup sugar |
2 tablespoons hot water |
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice |
wasabi powder (optional) or chili paste with garlic, to taste (optional) |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients. |
