I just bought some Better 'N Peanut Butter the other day and now I'm looking for recipes to use it.
Ingredients:
2/3 cup mango, frozen chunks
1/4 cup nopalitos, strips cactus pieces (canned, drained)
2/3 cup orange juice
1/4 cup better 'n peanut butter spread, low sodium
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (up to 1/4 teaspoon)
8 ice cubes
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except ice cubes in blender container; process until smooth. Add ice cubes one at a time, blending until smooth.
