10 ounces egg noodles |
3 tablespoons butter, softened and cut into chunks |
1/2 cup chicken stock or 1/2 cup broth |
1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook noodles according to package directions. 2. Drain and toss with rest of ingredients in serving bowl. |
