                    A very good side of noodles. I add a sauted chicken breast and salad, that's dinner! Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                8 ounces cooked and drained wide egg noodles  |  
                                                2 cups sour cream  |  
                                                1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese  |  
                                                1 tablespoon chives  |  
                                                1 teaspoon salt  |  
                                                1/4 teaspoon pepper  |  
                                                1 tablespoon minced garlic  |  
                                                2 tablespoons butter  |  
                                                1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Combine sour cream, 1/4 cup cheese, chives, salt, pepper and garlic. 2. Stir butter into hot noodles. 3. Stir in the sour cream mixture. 4. Arrange on platter, sprinkle with remaining cheese.                              |
