How about a little TWIST IN THE SOBRIETY !
Ingredients:
1 1/2 tablespoons butter
1 cup onion, sliced
1 cup green bell pepper, sliced
1/2 cup celery, diced
1 cup tomato, diced
1/2 cup okra, sliced
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 packet maggi 2-minute noodles (curry flavour)
Directions:
1. Cook noodles as per instructions on the packet and keep aside.
2. Allow little gravy in them and do not dry completely.
3. Melt the butter in a heavy skillet over medium heat.
4. Add the onion, pepper and celery.
5. Cook until just soft.
6. Add the tomatoes, okra and garlic.
7. Cook for an additional four minutes.
8. Add the noodles and simmer for one minute longer.
9. Check the seasonings and serve warm.
