                    A little twist on buttered noodles. This goes great with any meat dish in a cream sauce. Grenada is knows for producing tons of nutmeg. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1/2 lb wide egg noodles or 1/2 lb pasta  |  
                                                salt  |  
                                                3 tablespoons butter  |  
                                                freshly grated nutmeg, to taste  |  
                                                fresh ground black pepper  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Cook noodles in salted boiling water according to package direction until tender. Drain and return to pot. Add remaining ingredients and toss until butter melts. Serve hot.                              |
