Noodles and Corn Casserole |

A very filling side dish casserole, which can be cooked either in the oven or the crockpot. The recipe calls for 1/4 cup sugar, I like to use about half of that. Ingredients:
12 ounces egg noodles |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
32 ounces cream-style corn |
1/4 cup sugar |
1 lb shredded american cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Cook and drain noodles. 3. Add remaining ingredients. 4. Mix together and place in greased 2 quart baking dish. 5. Cover and bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted. 6. Note: Can also be placed in a crockpot on low for 2 hours. |
