Make 4lbs of beef, and freeze into 1 lb portions. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef, cooked |
8 ounces canned mushrooms |
8 ounces beef broth |
3 tablespoons lemon juice |
Directions:
1. To freeze:. 2. Mix ingredients and put into gallon ziploc bags. 3. To Serve:. 4. Defrost and add 3 cups cooked noodles and 1 cup sour cream-warm through and serve. |
