Use salt reduced Soy sauce to lower sodium level. This recipe doesn't call for meat however, chicken, beef, etc. can be added to your taste.
Ingredients:
1 cup noodles (rice, spagettini, fettucine, etc.)
1/4 cup bean sprouts
2 tbsp bell peppers
2 tbsp onions
1/4 tsp garlic
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 cup snap peas
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp flour or cornstarch
2 tablespoons of water
1 tbsp olive oil
Directions:
1. Heat oil.
2. Add peppers, onions, garlic, ginger and snap peas and stir fry. Meanwhile drop 1/3 cup dry noodles in boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.
3. Drain noodles mix soy sauce, and flour with 2 tablespoons of water and add to vegetables mixture along with bean sprouts.
4. Cook until sauce thickens and add noodles.
5. Toss to coat the noodles with sauce and vegtables.
