An easy noodle salad that goes well with BBQ's and picnics. This recipe is my mother in-laws and we get her to make it all the time. Ingredients:
250 g dried shell pasta, cooked via packet directions |
1/2 red capsicum, finely chopped |
1/2 green capsicum, finely chopped |
2 grated carrots |
425 g corn kernels, drained |
1 cup grated cheese |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1 cup chopped german salami |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and chill. 2. How easy is that! |
