Nice side dish for just about any meal. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package fine egg noodles |
2 cups minute rice |
2 cans chicken broth |
1/2 lb margarine |
2 cans onion soup |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
Directions:
1. In a frying pan melt butter and brown noodles until golden brown, careful not to burn. 2. In 2 1/2 quart dish mix all ingredients and add fried noodles. 3. Cook uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
