Nice side dish for just about any meal.
Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package fine egg noodles
2 cups minute rice
2 cans chicken broth
1/2 lb margarine
2 cans onion soup
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Directions:
1. In a frying pan melt butter and brown noodles until golden brown, careful not to burn.
2. In 2 1/2 quart dish mix all ingredients and add fried noodles.
3. Cook uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
