Want a good and quick pasta that goes well with your favorite meat? Try this one it is sure to please! Ingredients:
16 oz. egg noodles cooked according to package directions and drained. |
8 oz. sour cream |
3 oz. cream cheese, softened |
1 stick butter, melted and divided |
1/2 cup milk or half and half |
teaspoon salt |
dash of pepper |
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese |
1 tsp. parsley flakes |
1/2 cup crushed ritz crackers |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Cook pasta according to package directions and drain. 3. Place pasta in casserole dish. 4. Add cream cheese, 1/2 of the butter, milk, sour cream and salt and pepper. 5. Stir in cheese. 6. Mixed cracker crumbs with the remaining 1/2 of the butter and parsley flakes and sprinkle of noodles. 7. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 to 25 minutes. |
