A tasty accompaniment to any meat dish. It can easily be doubled or tripled for a crowd. Deliciossso!!! Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter, softened |
1/3 cup sugar |
2 eggs, well beaten |
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, room temp |
8 ounces flat noodles, cooked and drained |
1/2 cup milk |
1/2 cup corn flakes, crushed |
1 tablespoon sugar (optional) |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs and cream cheese. 2. Add cooked noodles and milk. 3. Turn into buttered casserole. 4. Mix cornflakes with sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle on top of noodle casserole. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minute or until golden. |
