This is a traditional Jewish good eats! This was given to me bay a co-worker from Barbados. I made it for my family at Easter time around 5 years ago and now it is requested for Christmas, Easter, and Thanksgiving. Ingredients:
1 lb wide egg noodles |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 cup golden raisin |
6 large eggs |
1 cup butter (melted) |
16 ounces crushed pineapple |
1 lime, juice of (or lemon) |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Cook and drain Noodles. 2. In large bowl mix other ingredients together. 3. Add in noodle to mixture. 4. Place in a casserole dish or baking foil dish. 5. Sprinkle top with more cinnamon (optional). 6. Bake at a preheated 375’ oven for an hour. 7. Let warm and enjoy. |
