Nonna's Broccoli Rabe

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 lbs broccoli rabe, cut into 1 inch peices
1 1/2 cups pecorino romano cheese
1/2 cup dried breadcrumbs
1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
2. Heat oil in ovenproof pot over low heat.
3. Add broccoli rabe and raise the heat to medium.
4. Cook, stirring occasionaly, until broccoli rabe begins to wilt, 10 to 12 minutes.
5. Add cheese, bread crumbs and allspice.
6. Season with salt and pepper and stir well to combine.
7. Transfer pot to oven and bake until tender, 8 to 10 minutes.
8. Remove from oven and serve immediately.
