Nonfat Citrus Vinaigrette Dressing |

YUM! This is a modification of a recipe that I found on . I like to serve this atop a salad of lettuce, turkey or chicken, and fruit such as pears. Ingredients:
one large orange, juice of |
2 tablespoons lemon juice (1 lemon) |
1 teaspoon brown sugar (may sub honey if you'd like) |
1 garlic clove, crushed |
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon all purpose seasoning (i like trader joe's 21 salute, but any herb blend or even just dried basil would work well) |
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard |
1 dash salt |
fresh ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and allow to sit at room temp for 1 hour so that flavors come together. |
