Ingredients:
1 whole egg |
1 teaspoon superfine sugar |
1/2 cup crushed ice |
8 ounces sweet cider |
nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Combine the egg, sugar and crushed ice in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a 12-ounce Tom Collins glass, fill with cider and stir gently. Grate a little nutmeg on top. |
