Ingredients:
13 ounces ground turkey
1 egg white
2 tablespoons salt substitute
2 cups chicken broth
2 cups water
2 tablespoons soy sauce
8 ounces mushrooms
8 ounces cabbage
Directions:
1. Mix turkey, egg white & seasoning. Form into small balls & place on a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour.
2. Heat water, broth & veggies. Add turkey balls & boil 15-20 minutes.
