This fits on the Dr. Bernstein Diet Ingredients:
13 ounces ground turkey |
1 egg white |
2 tablespoons salt substitute |
2 cups chicken broth |
2 cups water |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
8 ounces mushrooms |
8 ounces cabbage |
Directions:
1. Mix turkey, egg white & seasoning. Form into small balls & place on a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour. 2. Heat water, broth & veggies. Add turkey balls & boil 15-20 minutes. |
