2 cups flour |
1 cup splenda no calorie |
1/2 tsp salt |
1 tsp baking soda |
1 cup fruit cocktail, sugar free |
1/2 cup cottage cheese, non-fat |
1 tsp vanilla extract |
3/4 cup egg beaters |
1/2 cup applesauce, sugar free |
Directions:
1. To 1 cup of Amish Friendship batter, add all ingredients and mix well. Pour in to 2 loaf pans that have been sprayed with PAM. 2. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool on rack. |
