                                                | 2 cups flour |  | 1 cup splenda no calorie |  | 1/2 tsp salt |  | 1 tsp baking soda |  | 1 cup fruit cocktail, sugar free |  | 1/2 cup cottage cheese, non-fat |  | 1 tsp vanilla extract |  | 3/4 cup egg beaters |  | 1/2 cup applesauce, sugar free |  Directions: 
                        
                            | 1. To 1 cup of Amish Friendship batter, add all ingredients and mix well. Pour in to 2 loaf pans that have been sprayed with PAM. 2. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool on rack.
