Got this from weight watchers. Ingredients:
4 teaspoons powdered egg whites |
1/2 cup 1% low-fat milk |
1/2 cup nonfat vanilla ice cream |
1 dash nutmeg |
1 dash cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except spices in blender. 2. Blend until mixed. 3. Pour in glass and add a dash of nutmeg and cinnamon. |
