A healthy alternative to the traditional bananna muffin. very yummmy and moist! Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon baking powder |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg |
3/4 cup sugar |
1/4 cup honey |
3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce |
1/8 cup water, lukewarm |
1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract |
1 banana, mashed |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit and line 12 muffin cups. 2. Whisk flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a medium bowl. 3. Beat the rest and stir in banannas. Add dry ingredients and stir. 4. Divide the batter among 12 muffin cups and bake on middle rack for approximately 15 minutes or until light, light brown in color. 5. Let cool out of pan for a couple minutes before serving. |
