Sweet-smelling Christmas tree cookie ornaments. They can be made to look like little gingerbread men. Ingredients:
3/4 cup applesauce |
4 ounces ground cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Mix the applesauce and cinnamon to form a stiff dough. Roll dough to 1/4 inch thick. Cut with cookie cutters and make a hole for ribbon. Carefully place cookies on a rack to dry. Let air dry for several days, turning occasionally.
