This is a great recipe for anyone who can't have dairy, but loves that creamy taste when it comes to delicious soups. This is also a super quick and easy recipe! Enjoy! Ingredients:
2 onions, diced |
2 tablespoons flour |
3 cups chicken broth |
1 (12 ounce) can creamed corn |
1 (12 ounce) can corn |
2 cups soymilk |
Directions:
1. Saute onions. 2. Stir in flour. 3. Add immediately the chicken broth and bring to a boil. 4. Add in the can of corn kernels and can of creamed corn, bring to a boil. 5. Add in soy milk until heated through. 6. Serve! |
