When I was in London, a chocolate shop had a concoction called a Nocturne, with almond and orange in milk chocolate. This is my take on that superb candy. Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds philly cream cheese, softened |
3/4 cup sugar |
3 large eggs |
10 ounces milk chocolate, melted & cooled |
1 ounce almond extract |
1 ounce orange extract |
1 tea. orange peel |
1/2 cup heavy cream |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350^. 2. Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth. 3. Add eggs one at a time. 4. Add extracts,orange peel, and cream. 5. Mix completely. 6. Pour into prepared pan. 7. Bake at 350^ for 55-65 minutes. 8. Let cool and refrigerate before serving. |
