from : This is extremely easy. Since there are no added preservatives, if there is any left after the first day, you should wrap and keep in the refrigerator. Ingredients:
1/4 ounce fast rising yeast |
1 1/3 cups warm water |
2 egg whites |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 cup granulated sugar |
3 cups all-purpose flour, more as needed |
Directions:
1. Dissolve yeast in warm water. 2. Mix egg whites, salt and granulated sugar 3. Add this to 3-3.5 cups of all-purpose flour. 4. Mix with a wooden spoon. 5. Spray loaf pan with a non-stick cooking spray & fill with dough. 6. Let rise 40-60 minutes in the oven at its lowest setting until dough is almost to the top of the pan. 7. Set oven up to 350 degrees. Bake for 35 minutes. |
