Delicious as a cookie, with no sugar, no unhealthy flour, everything good for you! Ingredients:
1 cup quick oats |
1/4 cup oat flour |
1/2 cup splenda granular, sugar substitute |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup diet sprite |
1 tablespoon canola oil |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400º. 2. Spray 9” pie dish with cooking spray. 3. In a bowl mix the oats, flour, Splenda, & salt. 4. Mix canola separately with 4 tbsp warm water, beat until frothy. 5. Add Sprite to dry ingredients. 6. Add frothed canola/water to mixture. Mix all. 7. Press crust into plate bottom, moistening fingertips if needed. 8. Bake at 400º for about 12 minutes. Crust is 62 calories per serving. |
