No Sugar, No Fat 5-minute Rice Pudding

I found this when I was looking for low or no fat recipes on the web -
Ingredients:
1 package sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups cold milk
1 -2 cup cooked rice (about white, brown - whatever)
1 cup raisins, about (or more, i soak mine in hot water for about 15 minutes to soften them)
cinnamon
Directions:
1. Make pudding according to directions- except stop when it is just starting to get firm.
2. (Maybe a minute or so into the two the directions say) Add rice, raisins, cinnamon and stir well.
3. Refrigerate until cool.
