Healthy alternative to muffins - on Dr. Oz - very quick to make. Ingredients:
1/4 cup flax seed. |
1 tsp baking powder |
2 tsp cinnamon |
1 tsp coconut oil |
1 g stevia sweetener. |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. Get a small microwave container such as a Coffee Mug. 2. Mix all ingredients together in mug. 3. Place in Microwave and cook for 55 seconds for an anytime snack or part of a healthy meal. |
