This came from Victoria's Gastric Bypass Recipes. I have not tried this, just posting for future use. Ingredients:
16 ounces low-fat cream cheese, softened |
2 unsweetened chocolate squares, melted and cooled (2oz) |
1/2 cup splenda sugar substitute |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 cup chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. Beat cream cheese, chocolate, sweetener and vanilla until smooth. Stir in pecans. 2. Pour into an 8 square baking pan lined with foil. Cover and refrigerate overnight. |
