No-Stress Herbed Cheese Focaccia

A restaurant favorite, scrumptious for snacking or to accompany a tossed salad. Super easy to make because it starts out with a tube of refrigerated pizza dough. Add or substitute herbs to satisfy your taste buds. From Gooseberry Patch Almost Homemade cookbook.
Ingredients:
1 (13 7/8 ounce) package refrigerated pizza dough (tube)
1 onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
1. Unroll dough on a greased baking sheet. Press with fingers to form indentations; set aside. Saute onion and garlic in oil in a skillet; remove from heat. Stir in herbs; spread mixture evenly over dough. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400°F for 10 to 15 minutes until golden.
