Ingredients:
1/4 cup(s) balsamic vinegar |
1 cup(s) canola oil |
1 tablespoon(s) celery salt |
4 egg yolks |
1/2 teaspoon(s) freshly ground black pepper |
2 tablespoon(s) garlic powder |
2 tablespoon(s) lawry's or other seasoned salt |
1 tablespoon(s) lemon pepper seasoning |
1 cup(s) light olive oil |
2 tablespoon(s) onion powder |
warm water as needed |
1 tablespoon(s) yellow mustard |
Directions:
1. Place egg yolks, mustard and vinegar in a food processor. Blend for 1 to 2 minutes. 2. With the motor of the food processor running, slowly drizzle in the oils, 1 tablespoon at a time. If the marinade becomes too thick, add 1 to 2 tablespoons warm water. Once all of the oils have been incorporated, add seasoned salt, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon pepper, celery salt and black pepper until well combined. 3. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. |
