I got this recipe from the back of the mayonnaise jar. It is very good and moist. Ingredients:
1 lb chicken parts |
1/2-3/4 cup of hellmann mayonnaise |
1 1/4 cups italian breadcrumbs |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 425 degress. 2. Take the skin off the chicken. 3. Brush chicken with mayo on both sides. 4. Place bread crumbs in a large food bag. 5. Add chicken one piece at a time tosschicken to coat. 6. Place chicken on a foiled- lined or non-stick baking sheet. 7. Bake chicken 30 Minutes or untill golden and thoughly cooked. |
