No-Rise, Thin-Crust Pizza Dough

Nilima's mum’s Instant Pizza Dough recipe. This makes a thin crust pizza. You don’t need to let it rise.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 teaspoons dried yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup warm water
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 teaspoons oil
1 teaspoon asian chili sauce (optional)
2 tablespoons plain yogurt
Directions:
1. Rehydrate the yeast in sugar and water mixture for about 10-15 minutes until the yeast bubbles.
2. Sieve flour.
3. Mix all other ingredients.
4. Add rehydrated yeast mixture.
5. Knead into dough.
6. Done!
