Nilima's mum’s Instant Pizza Dough recipe. This makes a thin crust pizza. You don’t need to let it rise. Ingredients:
2 1/2 teaspoons dried yeast |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1/2 cup warm water |
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
6 teaspoons oil |
1 teaspoon asian chili sauce (optional) |
2 tablespoons plain yogurt |
Directions:
1. Rehydrate the yeast in sugar and water mixture for about 10-15 minutes until the yeast bubbles. 2. Sieve flour. 3. Mix all other ingredients. 4. Add rehydrated yeast mixture. 5. Knead into dough. 6. Done! |
