No Problem Mon Shrimp and Steak You-Know-What Style

This recipe is the perfect island balance between sweet and salty, succulent and spicy. You'll want to make it again and again so give it a try and find out what you've been missing!
Ingredients:
1 lb jumbo shrimp (precooked ,peeled and de-veined)
8 ounces boneless beef top sirloin steaks (cut into bite size pieces)
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 garlic cloves (minced)
1 red pepper (cut into bite size chunks)
1 yellow pepper (cut into bite size chunks)
1 carrot (fancy shave cuts)
20 ounces pineapple (one can of chunks with juice)
4 cups spinach (fresh)
1/2 cup raisins
1 tablespoon black beans (in garlic sauce purchased at asian markets)
1 cup rice (brown jasmine)
1 teaspoon salt (lemon-pepper)
Directions:
1. Tenderize steak and cut into bite size pieces. Marinade overnight in oyster sauce. Saute steak, carrots, peppers, raisins and garlic in olive oil on medium heat until tender. (about 7 minutes). When ready to serve turn heat to high and add the shrimp, pineapple (including all the juice) and spinach tossing constantly until spinach begins to wilt. Add the Lemon Pepper Seasoning salt and the Black bean sauce. Toss to coat and turn heat to low. Simmer 1-2 minutes more. Serve hot over brown jasmine rice. Enjoy!
