This is really quick and easy to fix when you just want to throw something in the oven or nesco roaster oven and forget about it. Very good served with a salad and your choice of veggie. Ingredients:
2 lbs all meat stew beef |
1 (1oz) envelope dry onion soup mix |
1 (4.5 oz) jar sliced mushrooms, drained |
1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a 1 qt baking dish and cover tightly.
2. Bake in a 300 defree oven 3 hours. DO NOT PEEK!!!
3. Serve over pasta noodles, mashed potatoes or rice.
